Whether you’re a returning vendor or just thinking about vending with us for the first time, we at Desert Dance Festival look forward to working with you! 2010 marks the 25th festival here in the Bay Area and we proudly present this year’s festival at:
S.E.S. Hall, 1375 Lafayette Street, Santa Clara, CA 95050
Please complete the Vendor Registration Form below and send to Scarab Productions. Vendor registrations will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis, based on paid-in-full registration. We have upstairs and downstairs space available so you may want to re-evaluate your supplies and equipment.
DISPLAY OUTLINE
Although we can provide an 8-foot table, we cannot, unfortunately, guarantee a specific location. We will make every effort to accommodate any reasonable requests. All displays must be contained within your vending space and you are also responsible for any racks or other miscellaneous booth enhancements.
FACILITY REGULATIONS
The following restrictions are mandated and enforced by our hosts, the S.E.S Hall:
- Regarding walls, ceilings, floors, doors and woodwork; NO tacking, stapling, nailing, gluing, pinning or taping of materials or objects will be permitted.
- You must use stage or gaff tape for securing extension cords – NO DUCT TAPE.
ADVERTISING SPECIAL
We are offering a special $10 ad for a vendor directory listing as well as 50% off any large program ad. Your information will be taken as-is from the registration form for the directory advertising. The due date is August 1, 2010, to make our deadline for the Desert Dance Festival Program.

VENDOR PERFORMANCES
Registered Vendors are offered one (1) dance slot (6 minutes) during the Desert Dance Festival weekend. The dance slot can only be used by that Vendor. If the Vendor cancels their registration at the festival, the dance slot is also cancelled. All Vendor requests must be in PRIOR to June 1, 2010.
